We stand by our programs and offer a conditional money-back guarantee. Because results depend on proper adherence, refunds are granted only if all criteria below are met.
1) Eligibility Criteria (All required)
You may request a refund if, after purchasing and following our plan(s), you did not achieve meaningful results and you can demonstrate:

Adherence Period: You followed the plan for at least 4 continuous weeks.

Daily Proof of Compliance:

Daily meal photos (or screenshots of food logs) that match the assigned plan/recipe guidelines.

Daily weight entries (photo of scale recommended).

Weekly Body Measurements:

At least 4 weekly measurement logs (e.g., waist, hips, chest, arms, thighs), with timestamped photos or notes.

Plan Consistency:

You used the appropriate plan (e.g., veg/no-oil/budget/whey-free/no-soy/1300/1600/2400 kcal) without major deviations.

Timing:

Submit your refund request within 10 days of completing the 4-week adherence period.

Tip: Keep your logs organized (Google Drive folder or a note app) to make review fast.
2) How to Request a Refund

Your full name, purchase email, date of purchase, and Order ID

A link or attachment containing:

4 weeks of daily food logs/photos

4 weeks of daily weights
-
Weekly measurement records (4 sets)

Any relevant notes (illness, travel, etc.)

We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and provide a decision within 7–10 business days after complete documentation is received.
3) Outcomes

Approved: Refund to original payment method (processing times depend on your bank/Razorpay).

More Info Needed: We may request specific missing entries or clarifications.

Not Approved: If criteria are not met or records indicate substantial non-adherence.
4) Exclusions
Refunds are not available for:

Requests without the complete 4-week adherence proof above.

Irregular logging (missing multiple days) or major plan deviations.

Medical conditions/medications that affect weight and were not disclosed/considered.

“Changed my mind,” “no longer interested,” or access issues resolved by resending links.

Duplicate purchases (handled as corrections separately).
5) Duplicate/Erroneous Charges
If you were charged twice or made an error, email us—verified duplicates will be fully refunded.
